Guest Accommodation Request

1) Please provide a valid SRM email id.
2) After submitting your email ID, you will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via email.
3) Enter the OTP to verify your email address.
4) Once verified, provide your booking details, including name, faculty, dates, and other required information.
5) Submit the booking request, and you will receive confirmation from the admin within 2 working days.
6) Checkout time: 8 A.M.

Room Rates *

Room Type Rate per Day / Head (INR)
Non- AC - with Common wash Rs. 500 + GST / Day/ Person ( inclusive of food)
Non-AC- 2 or 3 sharing - Attached Wash Rs.850+ GST/ Day/ Person ( inclusive of food)
Non- AC single - Attached wash Rs. 1000 + GST / Day/ Person ( inclusive of food)
AC- 2 or 3 sharing - Attached Wash Rs.1250+ GST/ Day/ Person ( inclusive of food)
AC - single - Attached Wash Rs.2000+GST/ Day/ Person ( inclusive of food)
* - Applicable to those who don't have Department & Institution Head approval.
Approval letter can be attached while booking for free accommodation & food
